William Woods Loses at CMU

(FAYETTE, Mo., Nov. 10) -The William Woods University men's basketball team lost at Central Methodist University 90-38 on Tuesday evening. The loss takes WWU to 1-3 on the season.

Central Methodist shot 51% from the field (37-for-73) in the victory. CMU (3-1) was led in scoring by Tyler Bredehoeft with 12 points.

William Woods was led in scoring by senior Jerone Lester (Chicago, Ill.) with seven points. Sophomore Caleb Parry (Rolla, Mo.) added five points and five rebounds in the loss.

William Woods will return to action on November 16. The Owls will host Missouri Valley College at 7:30 pm in Anderson Arena.
