- Official transcripts from all colleges attended. High School or GED transcript if no college attended;
- Copy of current resume or work experience summary;
- Minimum of 18 months full-time work experience;
- Completed application with a non-refundable $25.00 applicaton fee (application fee waived with on-line application).
