- Masters Degree in Education from a regionally accredited college or university;
- Completed application with non-refundable $25 application fee (application fee waived with on-line application);
- Two completed recommendation forms (waived for William Woods M.Ed. graduates);
- Official transcripts reflecting all undergraduate and graduate coursework;
- Admissions essay (waived for William Woods M.Ed. graduates);
- Minimum 3.1 graduate grade point average.
In addition to these requirements you will need the following in order to be certified as a Superintendent:
- Ed.S. in Administration and coursework in: Psychology of the Exceptional Child, Foundations of Educational Administration, School Supervision and Curriculum Construction;
- Passing Score on School Superintendent Assessment.
