Mandy Lambert- 

Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Recruitment Services  

Mandy came to William Woods University in August 2007.  In addition to administrative duties, Mandy will also be recruiting students from the state of Texas.

As the Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President, Mandy is responsible for scheduling appointments, managing the work study students, maintaining travel calendars for all admissions staff members, managing purchase orders and paying credit card statements.

Krista Ludden- Prospect Coordinator

  Krista joined the Admissions team in July of 2006.  Prior to coming to William Woods University, she was employed by Holiday Inn Express as a General Service Representative.  She and her husband, Tony enjoy spending time with their dogs, Maggie and Lucy. 

As the Prospect Coordinator for the Admissions team, Krista is responsible for scheduling and managing individual campus visits.  She also keeps the databases in order with precise data entry and mass mailings.

Sharon Horn- Data Analyst

Sharon joined the Admissions team in June of 2006.  Prior to coming to William Woods University, she was employed by Sigma-Aldrich as an eCommerce Customer Service Representative.  She and her husband have made their home in Fulton are excited about becoming part of this community. 

As the Data Analyst for the Admissions team, Sharon is responsible for processing and maintaining applications through the entire admissions process. She processes all transcripts and test scores along with other data entry and reports. Sharon can also assist students with the online application.
