The university offers a special opportunity to students over the age of 55 to take classes at a reduced fee of $25 per course. Students complete a non-degree seeking application and pay the one time application fee of $25. Students admitted through this program are entitled to all the privileges
and benefits of other part-time students.
Life Long Learning students are limited to one class per semester and are enrolled on a space available basis. They must meet all registration guidelines such as prerequisites, special course fees, etc. The type of classes that may be taken through the Life Long Learning Program are restricted to regular classes and exclude such items are independent
study, internships, etc.
The university cannot confirm the enrollment of Life Long Learning students until the last add-drop date. Faculty members may not alter maximum class size parameters to accommodate additional Life Long Learning students. A copy of William Woods University's Annual Security Report. This report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by William Woods University; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus.
