Registration and Fees
Applications for the William Woods Summer Riding Program will be accepted in the order in which they are received. Space is limited. Applications will not be accepted without the required deposit.
A $75 deposit is due upon the completion of the online registration form.
50% of the balance is due on June 1.
The remaining balance is due on or before the Sunday of check-in.
Applications and deposits must be submitted online. Included in each registration deposit is a non-refundable fee of $25.
How to Apply
Click on the "Register Now" link below to complete and submit the electronic registration application and payment by using a credit card/debit card for your deposit.
Be sure check the session you wish to attend and to answer questions thoroughly. Upon successful completion of your application you will receive an e-mailed confirmation which will serve as your receipt.
Sessions will be filled in the order that applications (complete with deposit) are received. Space is limited, so please submit application and deposit online as soon as possible.
After receiving your application and deposit, the WWU Summer Riding Program will notify you. You will receive additional information in May that includes a required health form to complete, equestrian interest and experience form, directions to campus, what to bring and other details. If your session has filled, we will return your deposit, but place you on a waiting list to join us if space becomes available.
Registration will open on March 1st
The refund deadline is June 1 for Sessions I and II. No refunds will be made after this date.
