Theatre Concentration in Musical Theatre

Get in tune with your future.

Think Singing in the Rain, Fiddler on the Roof, West Side Story, Chicago, Wicked, and beyond — imagine choreographing the numbers that people mimic on their way out the theatre doors. Writing the scenes that loved ones reenact as they dance together around the kitchen. Imagine you, the next Barbra Streisand, the next Bing Crosby.

From the studio to the classroom to behind the curtain and on the mainstage, with a concentration in musical theatre at William Woods University you will have countless “spotlight moments”.

Utilize our dance studio and have the time, space and instruction to get your routine stage-ready. Perform in, choreograph for, or direct one of the 16 major productions that will take place from your freshman to your senior year. Take the spotlight in front of 300-1200 in Cutlip or Dulany Auditorium and watch your dreams come to life before your audience.
