Biology Education Major

Student and teacherThis degree prepares students for teaching at the secondary school level and meets the State of Missouri’s certification requirements. Lecture/discussion and laboratory or field classes provide a wealth of material for classroom teaching, as does observation and supervised student teaching in secondary school classrooms.

Bachelor of Science

The Bachelor of Science in Biology Education is comprised of 40 credits. This degree does not require a minor.
