What to Wear
DRESSAGE
EVERYDAY ATTIRE SHOW ATTIRE
  • breeches (P) jodpurs(A)
  • polo shirt or nice t-shirt (warm) sweater or nice sweatshirt (cold) both should fit neatly
  • dress or field boots or paddock boots with half chaps
  • gloves (Warm and cold weather)
  • whip, 36" to 48" including lash
  • spurs (Prince of Wales are most appropriate) and straps
  • schooling chaps acceptable with permission of instructor
  • approved safety helmet
  • long hair pulled back neatly or put up under hat

  • white(P), It. gray, cream or beige breeches, full seat or knee patches
  • black dress boot (P) or black field boots (A)
  • white ratcatcher shirt (long or short sleeve)

  • short crop or bat (no wrist handle)
