- breeches (P) jodpurs(A)
- polo shirt or nice t-shirt (warm) sweater or nice sweatshirt (cold) both should fit neatly
- dress or field boots or paddock boots with half chaps
- gloves (Warm and cold weather)
- whip, 36" to 48" including lash
- spurs (Prince of Wales are most appropriate) and straps
- schooling chaps acceptable with permission of instructor
- approved safety helmet
- long hair pulled back neatly or put up under hat

- white(P), lt. gray, cream or beige breeches(A), full seat or knee patches

- ratcatcher shirt (white, conservative color or pinstripe to complement coat)

- hair tucked up into hunt cap; hairnet to keep long strands from falling down

- spurs long without rowels- slip on style preferred

- shoe string in case you need to tie a tongue.

- conservative saddle suit (gray, navy, green; solid or pinstripe) or daycoat and jodhpurs (do not have to match but should be complementary; daycoat may be colorful (solid-P), jods should be dark and conservative
- jodhpur boots regular or patent leather

- hair in bun with hairnet (women)
