1. Locate and fill out the application form found on this website. You may fill it in and submit it electronically using a credit card for you deposit, or you may print the application from this website and mail it in with a check to cover the required deposit.
   
   Be sure check the session you wish to attend and to answer the equestrian interest & experience questions thoroughly. These help the staff plan the activities for your session at The Woods.

2. Enclose your form with your $75 deposit (check or money order payable to the William Woods Summer Riding Program) and send total payment at this time if you wish.

3. Mail application form and fee to:

4. Sessions will be filled in the order that applications (complete with deposit) are received. Space is limited so please submit application & deposit as soon as possible.

5. After receiving your application, we will notify you. You will receive a mailing that includes a required health form to complete, directions to campus, what to bring and other details. If your session has filled, we will return your deposit, but place you on a waiting list to join us if space becomes available.
   
   All remaining fees are due on or before your arrival to campus for your respective session.
