Bryn Mawr is home to approximately 365 campers (ages seven to 15) and 175 staff. All of our girls are full-season campers who attend a seven-week session. We believe that our philosophy of encouraging personal growth and responsibility helps our campers grow into confident, community-minded young women. Campers learn four core values—Loyalty, Beauty, Merit and Comradeship—that are the foundation of the Bryn Mawr philosophy.

Presently, we are seeking a Director of our Riding Program as well as general staff to help teach lessons and live in a cabin with campers. The English equestrian program at Bryn Mawr is designed to be unique to each camper with an emphasis upon hunt-seat equitation style riding. We work with all our campers, from the novice to experienced jumpers, helping each rider feel comfortable on horseback and in the stable. With three rings of progressive difficulty, beginners graduate from the lunge-line ring to two large walk-trot-canter and jumping rings. Our extensive stables comfortably accommodate the 17 horses.  Our extensive stables comfortably accommodate the 17 horses. The salary for our Riding Director is highly competitive and our general staff positions can qualify as paid internships as well.
