William Woods University graduation requirements and additional requirements of the WWU Teacher Education Program combine to meet Missouri teacher certification requirements in several disciplines.
Students planning to teach in another state should check with that state’s department of education about its teacher certification requirements. Any requirements in addition to Missouri’s (if they exist) should be minimal and should not delay employment eligibility.
