Deaf Awareness Week is being held in March 24th-March 28th, 2008. It is a great opportunity for everyone on campus as well as in the community to come together to learn about issues concerning the Deaf community as well as what daily life is like for Deaf individuals. We are very excited this year to be bringing back popular events from previous years as well as adding new ones to make this our best Deaf Awareness Week ever! Throughout the week there will be various activities in which both the students on campus and the members of the community will be able to participate. It is our hope that through this week we will be able to expand the knowledge of Deaf culture to all involved! The events of the week will be as follows:
