What are your career plans?

I am from a small farming community and my family runs a large row crop operation. After college I want to take over the family business.

Why did you come to William Woods?

Because I really liked the business program and small campus size.

What is one word you’d use to describe William Woods?


What has been your favorite class?

Microeconomics because I really enjoyed finding out how our economy worked.

What has been your favorite LEAD event?

The Chicago Boyz, because it was very up-tempo.

What’s one thing you wish you had known when you first started at William Woods?

Learn how to manage all your free time.

What is one thing you wish more people knew about you?

That I run my own business.

What is your favorite spot on campus?

Phi Gamma Delta, because it it my home and fraternity and I am honored to be a part of it.

Where do you like to study?

In my room.

What is a typical weekday like for you at William Woods?

Go to class and after class just hang out in my fraternity house.

What is your favorite place in Fulton?

Sonic, because I tend to eat there more than I should.

What has surprised you the most about going to school at William Woods?

How small the class sizes are.

What has been the most challenging part of college?

Getting adjusted to the freedom you have.

What is your favorite memory of your time here at William Woods so far?

Doing the Ivy ceremony as a freshman.

Who is your favorite faculty or staff member?

Professor Brenda Popp, she is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and she is an excellent teacher
