Major: Biology, with a Pre-Med concentration and minors in Chemistry and Physics

Campus Activities: President’s Twenty, Student Alumni Council (Junior class president), Association of Student Athletes (secretary), Order of Omega, Biology Club, Pre-Med Club, Omicron Delta Kappa, women’s soccer team, and Alpha Chi Omega

What are your career plans?

I am earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Goldfarb School of Nursing through the accelerated program and then going to medical school or physician assistant school.

Why did you come to William Woods?

Because of the soccer team and the small class sizes.

What is one word you’d use to describe William Woods?


What has been your favorite class here so far?

Physics with Dr. Vern Hart because he truly cares about teaching his students and allowing us to learn

What has been your favorite LEAD event so far?

The woman from the FBI human trafficking department. Not only was it interesting and informative, but it was also entertaining

Have you ever had a fun nickname?

Nearly everyone on campus calls me “E”.

What is your favorite spot on campus?

The library because it’s a good place to study and spend time when I need to get away from people who I spend too much time with.

What is a typical weekday like for you at William Woods?

Classes, soccer practice, club meetings, and sorority meetings.

What is your favorite place in Fulton?

Jalisco’s, a Mexican restaurant. There’s good food and a good place to spend time with friends off campus.

What has surprised you the most about going to school at William Woods?

That information moves around quickly due to the small campus and student body.

What has been the most challenging part of college?

Being away from my family and hometown.

What is one word your friends would use to describe you?


Who is your favorite faculty or staff member?

Coach Hall. He is always there for me when I need him and I know that he will help me with whatever I need.

What is your favorite memory of your time here at William Woods so far?

Making it to the NAIA national soccer tournament my freshman year
